Since establishing the organization's flagship Woman of Character Conference in May 2013 in Stafford, Virginia, she has dedicated herself to empowering women to discover their God-given purpose and lead with strength, dignity, and unwavering faith.

As a conference host and ministry leader, Lady Tina has created a transformative platform that draws women from across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Her signature event, the annual Woman of Character Conference, has become a life-changing experience for Christian women seeking alignment with their soul desires, discovery of their uniqueness, and freedom from limiting beliefs and negative experiences. Lady Tina's ministry vision emphasizes that women are created to reflect God's heart and carry His virtues wherever they go.
Author & Transformational Leader
As an author, Lady Tina has written Shattered But Not Broken: The Journey Within, a deeply personal work that invites readers into the raw and unfiltered layers of her own journey through hardship, abandonment, trauma, and loss—ultimately revealing a message of redemption and restoration. Lady Tina leads the Woman of Character Squad (W.O.C. Squad) in hosting both in-person and livestreamed conferences that help women overcome years of limiting beliefs, become aligned with their purpose, and step confidently into their futures without fear. Through Woman of Character Ministries, Lady Tina continues to fulfill her calling to help women discover, develop, and deploy their God-given potential for Kingdom impact.
