This movement was birthed through the vision and obedience of Lady Tina Sarsah, whose calling to develop women of faith has impacted lives across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Since launching the inaugural Woman of Character Conference in 2013, Lady Tina has created a powerful platform where Christian women encounter healing, clarity, and breakthrough. Her conferences have become sacred spaces for spiritual renewal, leadership development, business empowerment, and profound personal transformation. Through heartfelt teaching, prophetic insight, and practical wisdom, Lady Tina helps women release limiting beliefs, embrace their God given identity, and step into their future with courage.
